Domestic Customers

Cancellation of Order before Shipping

In circumstances where your order has not been shipped and you would like to cancel, you must inform us as soon as possible before the delivery date. Give us a call on 01675 481155 or email us at info@bmark-uk.com. We will send you an email to confirm this once your order has been officially cancelled.  You will be refunded within 30 days onto the card/payment method used.

Product arrived damaged/faulty

If you find that something is wrong with your order or if you are unfortunate enough to receive goods that are incorrect, faulty, or damaged on delivery then please contact our customer service team. Call us on 01675 481155 or email us at info@bmark-uk.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If a part has arrived damaged/faulty then we will send you a replacement part with no extra charge.

In all cases you have a duty of care for the product and any damage (or additional damage if the product is already damaged). To be eligible for a full refund you must return the product to us in the condition you received it within 30 days or purchase. After we receive the returned item our team of professionals will inspect it and initiate a refund, which will reach you within 30 days of the date of receiving the product back here at Benchmark. Refund will be made on to the card/payment method used.

Cancellation After Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been dispatched, please give our customer service team a call on 01675 481155 or email us at info@bmark-uk.com to inform us of your decision, so we can ensure all the correct return information is provided to you. In all cases you have a duty of care for the product and any damage. You are responsible for the return carriage costs and for ensuring that your order is packed correctly. We ask that the order must be returned in a saleable condition. We will send you an email or give you a ring to confirm this once your order has been officially cancelled.  You will be refunded within 30 days to the card/payment method used.

Once consignments are booked for collection from our workshops and subsequent delivery it is up to the shipping company to fulfil that obligation. Once shipped, your product is in the control of the shipping company. Benchmark cannot influence its performance and is not responsible for the delivery that is later than booked or scheduled; therefore, we are not able to offer a refund for deliveries received later than originally booked.

Commercial Customers

For commercial orders there are no automatic rights to cancellation or refund. Give our customer service team a call as soon as possible on 01675 481155, email us at info@bmark-uk.com to discuss any possible options. If we cannot cancel the order for any reason, then you are still responsible for the order.  Benchmark reserves the right to enforce a cancellation charge should cancellation terms be reached.

Any Custom or Non-Standard Orders

For custom or bespoke orders for which dedicated production or material ordering has commenced, there are no automatic rights to cancellation. Give our customer service team a call as soon as possible on 01675 481155 or email us at info@bmark-uk.com discuss our options any possible options. If we cannot cancel the order for any reason, then you are still responsible for the order.  Benchmark reserves the right to enforce a cancellation charge should cancellation terms be reached.
