Domestic Consumers (Private Customers)

This section applies to customers purchasing as consumers (not businesses).


Your Legal Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 dayswithout giving any reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

If You Cancel (Change of Mind Returns)

If you cancel because you no longer want the goods and they are not faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. These return costs are not reimbursed.

  • You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.

  • Goods should be returned in the condition received and suitably packaged.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.


Refunds After Cancellation

If you cancel within the legal 14-day period:

  • We will refund the price paid for the goods.

  • We will also refund the standard delivery cost (if paid).

  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.

  • Refunds will be made using your original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).


Cancelling Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Once cancelled, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund

  • We will cover return costs in these cases

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.


After the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery and the goods are not faulty, returns are accepted only at our discretion.


Delivery Responsibility

Once goods are dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. While we will assist where possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Your legal rights remain unaffected.


Commercial Customers (Business Purchases)

Orders placed by businesses are not covered by consumer cancellation rights.

  • There is no automatic right to cancel or return

  • Any cancellation is at our discretion

  • Cancellation charges may apply

Custom, Bespoke, or Made-to-Order Items

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products

  • Bespoke goods

  • Items made to your specifications

Once production or material ordering has started, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply.
